Return and Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 15 days of product delivery.
Returned items must meet the following conditions: unused, in their original condition as received, and with intact packaging.
To complete the return process, we require you to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service at service.funssport@outlook.com to confirm the return address.
(Note: Customized or personalized products are not eligible for the 15-day no-reason refund service.)
If the return is due to reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall bear the shipping costs. For specific fees, please consult your chosen courier company.
If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product due to our reasons, the customer shall not be liable for such costs. Additionally, no restocking fee will be charged to the customer for product returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically returned to your credit card or original payment account within a certain number of business days.
Delayed or Unreceived Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:
1  Check your bank account again.
2  Contact your credit card issuer, as refund processing may take some time.
3  Contact your bank, as refunds typically have a processing cycle.
